Percy Beresford Fleming 1942

Percy Beresford Fleming on the steps at Coneywarren in 1942 when he was in charge of food distribution for Northern Ireland.

In 1947, with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, he was appointed High Sheriff of Co. Tyrone.
