On the 20th ult., at his residence, Killyhevlin, Richard Dane, Esq., aged 73. Mr. Dane for upwards of 40 years, was agent over the numerous estates of Earl Belmore, which he managed with the greatest satisfaction to the noble owner. He was one of the oldest

magistrates in county Fermanagh, and held the commission of the peace for Cavan, Tyrone and Fermanagh.

At York, on the Grand River, Canada, on the 24th August last, Mr. James Davis, aged 76 years, at the residence of his son, where he had arrived from Enniskillen only two days before his death. He had been an old inhabitant of Enniskillen, was one of the Enniskillen

Yeomanry who was at the battle of Ballinamuck, in 1798, and used to boast that he had put the orange flag on the old steeple of the Enniskillen church.
